Responsibilities:
- Work between 6 to 10 hours per week.
- Support the Project Manager in setting strategy and ensuring all project deadlines are met.
- Delegate tasks effectively, while also contributing to primary and secondary research and other necessary tasks to build client recommendations.
- Review consultants’ work to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Schedule, organise and (where appropriate) chair team meetings.
- Lead the creation and delivery of deliverables (Statement of Work, Final Presentation and any other deliverables).
- Attend weekly mentor calls and ensure consultants are engaged in them.
- Provide guidance and support for Consultants’ personal and professional development.
- Meet regularly with the Project Manager to align on progress, strategy and challenges.
- Attend mandatory weekly 1-2 hour training sessions.
- Attend and contribute to client meetings as required, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
